About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Compile client and prospective client requested information and draft responses for requests for proposals (RFP’s) and pitches
  • Track client information in the client relationship management (CRM) system
  • Collect and coordinate matter tracking information in the firm’s central matter tracking system
  • Assist with event management and logistics, including supporting speaker outreach and coordination
  • Coordinate webinars, including coordinating with the marketing team
  • Gather information and details for legal directory and league table submissions
  • Create and update business development collateral
  • Draft entries for legal awards and nominations
  • Prepare lists for targeting from our internal CRM and other external platforms
  • Assist with various administrative and project management tasks
  • Develop strong working relationships with practice attorneys and other members of the BD team
  • Compile business and industry research in support of new business opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least two (2) years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
