About the role

  • Responsible for the end-to-end build and execution of event registration websites, mobile applications, and related digital event experiences using CVENT
  • Focus on hands-on delivery, quality, and optimization of event technology assets
  • Serve as a hands-on expert for CVENT execution and user experience (UX) implementation
  • Design, build, and maintain event websites and mobile apps with a focus on usability, performance, and accessibility
  • Conduct quality control/ quality assurance of digital event assets including websites and mobile apps
  • Advise internal stakeholders on better ways to leverage CVENT technology
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality UX across registration, agendas, networking features, and other event touchpoints
  • Conduct usability reviews and testing
  • Document processes, create templates, and recommend best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve UX or technical issues quickly during the event lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least five (5) years of related work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of event management platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Experience managing projects in a complex, cross-functional environment
  • Experience with UX/UI for event websites focusing on the ability to guide content hierarchy, navigation, layout, and attendee journeys
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and learn new concepts quickly.
