About the role

  • Active sales of our modular home solutions (B2B & B2C)
  • Build and maintain a regional customer network (investors, developers, companies, municipalities, private clients)
  • Advise prospects from initial contact through contract signing
  • Present our system at client meetings and events
  • Closely coordinate with planning, technical and project execution teams
  • Independent market and territory development

Requirements

  • Sales experience (ideally in construction, real estate, capital goods, or technically complex products)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset & independent working style
  • Strong communication skills, confident negotiation skills & closing orientation
  • Basic technical understanding or a strong willingness to learn
  • Existing network is an advantage (not required)
  • Enthusiasm for sustainable construction & modular concepts
