Key responsibilities & impact

Active sales of our modular home solutions (B2B & B2C)
Build and maintain a regional customer network (investors, developers, companies, municipalities, private clients)
Advise prospects from initial contact through contract signing
Present our system at client meetings and events
Closely coordinate with planning, technical and project execution teams
Independent market and territory development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Sales experience (ideally in construction, real estate, capital goods, or technically complex products)
Entrepreneurial mindset & independent working style
Strong communication skills, confident negotiation skills & closing orientation
Basic technical understanding or a strong willingness to learn
Existing network is an advantage (not required)
Enthusiasm for sustainable construction & modular concepts
