About the role
- You write texts and develop storytelling structures for formats such as: social media campaigns, headlines, claims and core messages, UX-optimized website content (case studies, product pages, landing pages), presentations and white papers, film or podcast scripts, thought-leadership articles and blog posts
- You take on editorial tasks and quality assurance
- You excel in presentations and can convey complex content clearly and effectively
- You independently and strategically develop impactful content in various formats (text, graphic, animation, film), from concept to execution
- You create and manage cross-media content strategies and campaigns for our clients
- You lead briefings and workshops with clients and advise them on content-related questions
- You present your concepts and persuade through well-founded arguments and creative excellence
- You work in interdisciplinary project teams and take on content leadership, for example by creating and managing editorial plans
- You take on a mentoring role for a junior colleague (knowledge transfer)
Requirements
- Degree in media/communication or a comparable qualification
- At least 3–4 years of professional experience in writing, editing, content creation and conceptual work – ideally in an agency or corporate setting, preferably B2B
- In-depth experience with writing, editing, online communication and content strategies
- Confident handling of social media channels, content formats and current trends
- Experience with content management systems and common content-creation tools
- Openness to and experience with AI tools
- Strong language skills – excellent German and good English
- Strategic thinking, creativity and a high standard of quality
- Ability to manage projects independently and to coach junior colleagues
- Team player with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration.
