💰 $33 - $40 per hour
About the role
- Assist in the production of architectural drawings for retail clients
- Implement corrections, revisions, red line changes, and address comments on architectural drawings ensuring accuracy with code compliance
- Solve space planning and adjacency requirements
- Participate in site planning, programming, design development, detailing, and interacting with consultants
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes including architectural production methods
Requirements
- A professional degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; a Revit assessment will be administered
- Experience using Revit for retail rollout projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Deadline driven with strong attention to detail
- Experience with other design software such as Bluebeam and Rhino
- Experience with site surveys is preferred
- Currently being in pursuit of licensure is a plus
