About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the design team in developing retail design concepts from project initiation through completion, aligning with brand standards and client objectives
  • Produce high-quality renderings, photo-realistic visuals, and Photoshop compositions that bring retail environments and brand experiences to life
  • Translate brand identity into compelling visual storytelling through immersive renderings, material overlays, and presentation graphics
  • Assist in developing concept packages and client presentations that clearly communicate design intent, customer experience, and merchandising strategies
  • Contribute to customer journey mapping, bubble diagrams, and spatial studies that define program layout, adjacencies, and circulation within retail environments
  • Support space planning efforts, including fixture layouts, merchandising zones, and back-of-house functions
  • Assist in the production and coordination of architectural drawings for retail tenant improvements and prototype rollouts
  • Implement markups and revision changes with accuracy, ensuring alignment with brand standards, landlord criteria, and applicable codes
  • Participate in all phases of retail projects, including site adaptation, programming, schematic design, design development and construction documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to integrate design, technical, and brand requirements
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of visualization standards, rendering workflows, and presentation quality across retail projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A professional degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and SketchUp; Working knowledge of Revit
  • Experience using Revit for retail rollout projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Deadline driven with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with other design software such as Bluebeam and Rhino
  • Experience with site surveys is preferred
  • Currently being in pursuit of licensure is a plus
