💰 $33 - $40 per hour

About the role

  • Implement corrections, revisions, red line changes, and address comments on architectural drawings, assuming responsibility for the accuracy of work
  • Timely and accurate production of project deliverables
  • Solve space planning & adjacency requirements
  • Site planning, programming, design development, detailing, and interacting with consultants
  • Manage multiple assignments concurrently
  • Participate in improving architecture production methods

Requirements

  • Experience working in an architecture firm drafting in Revit for mixed use, laboratory, or workspace projects
  • Ability to use Revit; a Revit assessment will be administered
  • Degree in Architecture
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Deadline driven and strong attention to detail
  • Currently being in pursuit of licensure is a plus
  • Experience with additional design software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Enscape are a plus
