💰 $33 - $40 per hour
About the role
- Implement corrections, revisions, red line changes, and address comments on architectural drawings, assuming responsibility for the accuracy of work
- Timely and accurate production of project deliverables
- Solve space planning & adjacency requirements
- Site planning, programming, design development, detailing, and interacting with consultants
- Manage multiple assignments concurrently
- Participate in improving architecture production methods
Requirements
- Experience working in an architecture firm drafting in Revit for mixed use, laboratory, or workspace projects
- Ability to use Revit; a Revit assessment will be administered
- Degree in Architecture
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Deadline driven and strong attention to detail
- Currently being in pursuit of licensure is a plus
- Experience with additional design software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Enscape are a plus
