Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of direct experience working with individuals affected by domestic violence, preferably in a facilitative or therapeutic capacity.
Certification or training in domestic violence prevention and intervention, specifically in Partner Abuse Intervention Programs (PAIP) or Batterers Intervention Prevention Program (BIPP).
Strong understanding of domestic violence issues, trauma-informed care, and intervention strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
Proven ability to facilitate group discussions and manage group dynamics effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
