Senior Designer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage architectural design projects from initial concept to final fabrication and installation
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, fabricators, and project managers
- Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and design documents
- Develop and implement design solutions that balance aesthetic goals with technical requirements
- Oversee the prototyping and testing of design concepts
- Review and ensure that design work adheres to industry standards
- Coordinate with the fabrication team to resolve design issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional design experience in architectural fabrication or a related industry
- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Rhino, SolidWorks, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of architectural materials, fabrication processes, and construction methods
- Ability to create detailed technical drawings, construction documents, and 3D models
- Proven experience in managing and leading design projects from concept to production
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A portfolio demonstrating a high level of design innovation, technical proficiency, and fabrication expertise.
