About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including: collaborating with Financial Directors and Finance VP’s to analyze monthly results and performance against budget and prior year.
  • Manage the day-to-day output of your team to ensure key deliverables are met on time and are accurate.
  • Assisting with the design, preparation and automatization of detailed financial reports and analysis.
  • Compiling analysis and writing commentary for SEC and other regulatory reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess financial impact of business initiatives.
  • Assist in preparation of financial presentations for executive team and board reporting.
  • Conduct ad hoc project work which may include thorough financial research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in finance or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a financial analyst
  • Proficiency working with financial software and tools
  • Strong financial commentary writing skills for board reporting and investor presentations
  • Experience with designing reports in PowerBI or similar reporting platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
