About the role

  • You will be gradually integrated into the operational work around influencer campaigns, sales and client support, taking responsibility for your own campaigns and clients.
  • You will accompany projects from the initial briefing through to execution and learn how to structure and manage successful collaborations.
  • Proactively approach brands and pitch suitable influencers and cooperation concepts.
  • Conduct email and Zoom calls with clients and influencers.
  • Negotiate prices, deliverables and terms.
  • Coordinate and manage the collaboration between brands and influencers.
  • Work in the sales area and maintain projects in the CRM system in a structured way.
  • Support social media activities as part of campaigns (e.g., content creation, giveaways, approvals).
  • Organize and document your projects using various tools.
  • Analyze and evaluate campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Genuine interest in influencer marketing, social media and digital business models.
  • Enjoy communicating, sales work and interacting with people.
  • Motivation to develop personally and professionally.
  • Independent and structured way of working.
  • Reliability, commitment and an open-minded attitude.
  • Willingness to actively contribute and take on responsibility.
  • Basic English skills to communicate with international partners.
  • Prior experience in marketing, the influencer field or sales is an advantage but not a requirement.
