About the role
- You are responsible for planning and implementing internal IT projects.
- You act as an advisor for technical issues and application questions and provide training to employees.
- You take on independent administration, quality assurance and optimization of the IT infrastructure.
- Installing, configuring and maintaining hardware and software, as well as resolving system faults, are also part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent qualification
- Good IT / EDP experience; career changers are welcome
- Preferably a degree with a focus on computer science
- Ideally experience in IT support and customer service
- Practical knowledge in the administration and maintenance of Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of databases and network infrastructures
- Goal-oriented, cost-conscious and structured approach to work
- Confident and professional demeanor in dealings with employees and service providers
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
