About the role

  • You prepare marketing data so it serves as a solid basis for our clients' decision-making.
  • You take the lead in planning, executing and analyzing experiments — from conversion lift studies to brand lift analyses.
  • You act as a strategic advisor for our clients and communicate confidently with decision-makers up to C-level.
  • You translate complex analysis results into clear, strategic recommendations.
  • You develop and manage our global test-and-learn agenda to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • You develop methodological frameworks to measure marketing success and ensure we always track the right KPIs.
  • In workshops, you share your knowledge and enable colleagues to make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • You are a strong communicator and able to independently and confidently manage client relationships.
  • You build a deep understanding of your clients' needs and act as their trusted advisor.
  • You understand complex data models, but your real strength is explaining them clearly.
  • You engage stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds — from marketing specialists to C-level.
  • You come from performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • You know the operational side and understand how campaigns work.
  • You keep an overview across multiple projects, work in a structured way, and proactively drive processes.
  • You speak German at native level and English at a very good level (minimum B2).
  • Ideally, you have prior experience working in an agency.
