About the role

  • You contribute to the development of effective marketing strategies and bring your ideas for social-first paid strategies.
  • You manage 3–5 clients operationally, keeping track of timelines, responsibilities and time tracking, and act as the communication hub between internal teams and the client side.
  • You contribute your knowledge of Meta (bonus: TikTok, Pinterest) — both in collaboration with colleagues and in client meetings.
  • You set up social media ads, manage them independently and continuously optimize them based on performance data.
  • You take responsibility for six-figure monthly budgets and further develop them together with the team.
  • You enjoy looking at Paid, Creative & Content holistically and thinking across channels.

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of professional experience in social media advertising.
  • Good to very good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager; ideally additional experience with TikTok, Pinterest or similar platforms.
  • Some experience in project management for leading client projects.
  • Solution-oriented, analytical thinker who enjoys working based on data.
  • The drive to actively shape Mawave and our clients and to continuously develop yourself.
  • Enjoy analyzing performance data and deriving clear recommendations for action.
  • Very good German (C2) and English (C1) language skills.
