About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with a team in supporting portfolio stakeholder engagement work and project coordination.
Track projects, financials, and communications with stakeholders to ensure awareness of responsibilities.
Create diagrams, documentation, and metrics to analyze the current state of the business unit.
Perform complex data mining, trend analysis, metric and report production, process maturity and compliance assessment, and iterative process activities.
Define specifications from user requirements and prepare written materials to meet purpose and audience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidate MUST be a currently enrolled Minnesota State University Mankato student
Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior (with at least 8 months left before graduation)
Undergraduate student pursuing a degree within the College of Business (Management etc.) -OR- Management Information Systems
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft O365 Enterprise Suite of Applications
Social Media Marketing, Podcast/Vodcast experience a huge PLUS.
Self-motivated, quick learner, enthusiastic, and eager to apply knowledge.
