About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for assessment, design, acquisition, implementation and use/enhancement of programming and systems analysis tools
- Dynamics 365 CRM platform ownership
- Maintain authoritative knowledge of the Dynamics data model
- Serve as system owner of the Customer Master and Product Data Dictionary
- Work directly with Finance, Sales and other stakeholders to translate requirements
- Own the integrations between Dynamics and surrounding systems
- Partner with the Oracle EBS team on the CRM–ERP boundary
- Own reporting delivery across the enterprise stack
- Ensure CRM data flows correctly into the enterprise data lake/warehouse
- Actively use AI productivity tooling in day-to-day delivery
- Automate commercial and internal processes
- Support Finance through close activities
- Contribute to functional design, code and configuration reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in enterprise business applications
- 3–4 years as senior lead on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM
- Authoritative command of the Dynamics CRM data model
- Demonstrable experience integrating Dynamics CRM with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12)
- Experience designing and operating system-to-system integrations
- Active, habitual use of AI productivity tooling
- Strong SQL skills
- Hands-on experience with enterprise reporting platforms
- Practical experience with data lakes / warehouses
- Proven ability to elicit requirements directly from Finance and Sales stakeholders
- Senior individual contributor mindset
- Working knowledge of identity and access management
- Experience supporting month-end and quarter-end close
