  • Lead and scale high-performing engineering teams operating in competitive, delivery-driven environments
  • Drive complex, multi-stream initiatives from strategy through execution with clear ownership and outcomes
  • Actively manage performance, expectations, and delivery standards across teams
  • Strengthen infrastructure scalability, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency
  • Lead step-wise modernisation of platform, UI, APIs, and developer experience
  • Establish strong delivery discipline, operational standards, and accountability
  • Embed enterprise-grade security, privacy-by-design, and DevSecOps practices
  • Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted coding, where they materially improve speed and quality

Requirements

  • Deep experience in software engineering and infrastructure leadership
  • Proven track record leading high-performance engineering teams
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in high-expectation environments
  • Competitive nature and desire to win
  • Ability to manage performance and set clear standards
  • Experience with modern delivery practices and tooling
  • Knowledge of enterprise-grade security and privacy-by-design practices
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development practices
