About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather information from and collaborate with finance, procurement, warehouse, and IT stakeholders
Understand strategic business needs and growth plans
Gather and document business requirements and transform them into user stories with acceptance criteria
Create, document, and maintain solution designs
Configure standard and advanced system functionality and provide demos/prototypes to business users
Prepare functional gap design documents
Test configurations and customizations against existing flows and stakeholder requirements
Organize key-user validation and support end-to-end user acceptance testing
Provide user consultancy and second-level ticket support
Follow change and release management processes
Prepare release notes
Manage tasks in Azure DevOps/Jira
Contribute to implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions for finance, logistics, and resource management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Upper-intermediate English
More than 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation and support
Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation projects
Strong knowledge of standard D365 functionalities and accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, manufacturing accounting, inventory accounting, cost accounting, tax accounting, and electronic reporting processes
Experience in supply chain management flows is a plus
Experience working in an integrated environment
Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira
UML/BPMN knowledge is a plus
Experience preparing user stories, user manuals, and release notes
Ability to adapt requirements to technical and business languages
Experience preparing different types of products and project documentation
Experience organizing validation activities and user acceptance testing
Technical background is an advantage
Logical and analytical thinking
Independent research on solutions
Critical thinking, attention to detail, and self-organization
