About the role

Ensure the smooth operation of the entire matelso infrastructure
Monitor SaaS systems using central management tools (Zabbix, Grafana)
Administer and configure server systems running Linux
Basic knowledge of automation and orchestration of our processes on physical and virtual servers
Support tasks in server operation and deployment, including trips to the data center
Independently execute projects in the infrastructure and operations area
Service-oriented and proactive collaboration with internal customers from development (DevOps)

Relevant completed degree or vocational training (e.g., IT specialist) with a focus on Linux IT administration
Initial professional experience in supporting system landscapes
Solid experience with Linux servers and Kubernetes/container environments
Knowledge of network administration (routing & firewalls, VoIP, Cisco, MikroTik) is an advantage
Very good German and English language skills are required
