Associate Product Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute on the strategy and vision for a component of Mastery's Transportation Management System
- Aid Product Manager(s) in the development of product requirements, workflow diagrams, and backlog prioritization
- Actively participate in scrum ceremonies to answer questions and provide clarification during development of features to ensure they remain true to product requirements and intent
- Support engineering team(s) with testing during development and delivery
- Build and maintain supporting documentation relating to your product(s) and feature(s)
- Develop an understanding of Mastery's users and act as an advocate for their needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of experience in product management or software business analysis
- Experience working on Enterprise B2B SaaS products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Compassion and empathy for users and solving their problems.
- Demonstrated ability to frame and decompose complex problem statements into clear solutions
- Prior Logistics or Supply Chain experience a bonus
- CSPO or equivalent certification(s) preferred
- Comfortable with stakeholder management, including executive level.
