About the role
- Support healthcare clients in harnessing the power of data to improve clinical outcomes
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex health-related datasets from clinical systems
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Conduct statistical analysis to support clinical decision-making and public health research
- Ensure data governance and patient confidentiality under GDPR and HIPAA compliance
- Monitor performance metrics and generate regular reports for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in health data analysis
- Strong SQL and Python/R skills for data querying and statistical analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of health data standards such as ICD-10, SNOMED, HL7, or FHIR
- Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, and healthcare data privacy frameworks
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Biostatistics, or Health Informatics (desired)
