About the role

  • Act as the voice of the customer and the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams
  • Drive the product vision, own the backlog, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery that aligns with client goals
  • Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams (.NET, Angular, Cloud)
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing strategic goals, technical dependencies, and customer value
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management
  • Conduct stakeholder demos, UAT sessions, and post-release reviews
  • Monitor product performance and adoption, using insights to guide continuous improvement
  • Foster strong collaboration between design, development, and QA teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis within software development environments
  • Proven track record working with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Strong ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams using .NET, Angular, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS preferred)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar collaboration tools
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken) for global collaboration
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for delivering measurable outcomes.
