About the role
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes across LATAM operations
- Analyze financial performance and support monthly financial reviews and reporting
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports, ensuring alignment with U.S. GAAP and local regulations
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and delivery to align financial reporting with business needs
- Support the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and KPIs
- Help ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirements
- Assist with tax and regulatory filings in coordination with finance leadership and external partners
- Contribute to cross-border initiatives and support financial aspects of expansion projects
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and local regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Additional certifications or coursework in financial analysis, accounting, or reporting are a plus
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or related finance roles
- Experience in multinational environments or tech companies is preferred
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools and standards (U.S. GAAP is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Advanced English skills, especially for communication and reporting in a global context
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communicator and team player, comfortable working with various departments
