About the role

  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes across LATAM operations
  • Analyze financial performance and support monthly financial reviews and reporting
  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports, ensuring alignment with U.S. GAAP and local regulations
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and delivery to align financial reporting with business needs
  • Support the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and KPIs
  • Help ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirements
  • Assist with tax and regulatory filings in coordination with finance leadership and external partners
  • Contribute to cross-border initiatives and support financial aspects of expansion projects
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and local regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Additional certifications or coursework in financial analysis, accounting, or reporting are a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or related finance roles
  • Experience in multinational environments or tech companies is preferred
  • Familiarity with financial reporting tools and standards (U.S. GAAP is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
  • Advanced English skills, especially for communication and reporting in a global context
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communicator and team player, comfortable working with various departments
