About the role
- You independently manage performance campaigns on Meta and Google, from strategy and testing frameworks through to scaling.
- You develop offers, systematically test creatives, optimize budgets, ROAS and CAC, and have a feel for profitable levers.
- You work closely with design and copy to create ads that not only attract clicks but convert.
- You track, analyze and optimize based on clear KPIs (e.g., using Google Analytics, Meta Attribution, Klar, or similar).
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing — especially running Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max - PMax).
- Strong campaign understanding: you know how to test creatives, develop offers, allocate budgets, and prepare for scaling.
- Optional: experience with native ads (Taboola, Outbrain) or a clear willingness to learn and get up to speed.
- Tools & tech affinity: you work in a structured way with tools such as Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, GA4, and, where applicable, Klar.
