About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Performs routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
- Routine maintenance tasks could include assembly, furniture/equipment/material moves, minor electrical, minor plumbing and general labor.
- Must possess the ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Interacts and may require contacting vendors and contractors for necessary building repairs and emergencies that are outside the scope of routine maintenance.
- Maintains a schedule of when maintenance has been performed and when next service is due.
- Responsible for the completion and accuracy of documentation related to assigned tasks.
- Works in an organized and safe manner and recognizes unsafe situations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have a Highschool Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- Required skills in decision making, time management, customer/client focus and attention to detail.
- Must be able to speak/read/write English.
- Self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Frequently lifts and/or move items over 35 pounds.
- Regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb all day.
