About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide evidence-based virtual individual and couples therapy to adult healthcare professionals
- Deliver confidential teletherapy sessions through a HIPAA-compliant video platform
- Treat doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes in the EHR
- Use measurement-based tools such as PHQ-9 and GAD-7 to monitor progress and improve outcomes
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or Gottman Method
- Schedule an exploratory video call with a Talent Acquisition partner as the next application step
Requirements
What you’ll need- Independent licensure as a Licensed Psychologist in a PSYPACT participating state
- Active PSYPACT credentials allowing telehealth services across PSYPACT states
- Experience and training in couples therapy
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults and couples
- Experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals, mental healthcare workers, and/or first responders
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week
- Comfort delivering individual and couples therapy via video platforms
- Experience using EHRs, digital scheduling tools, and Google Workspace
- Ability to use assessment and measurement-based tools such as PHQ-9
- Experience using evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or Gottman Method
- Commitment to cultural humility and patient-centered care
- Passion for supporting the mental health of healthcare professionals
