About the role
- Design and drive AI strategies for large-scale companies in coordination with executive teams
- Oversee multiple AI projects in parallel, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with technical, product, and business teams to turn ideas into tangible outcomes
- Lead diagnostic, discovery, and solution-design sessions with stakeholders at various levels
- Provide long-term vision on how to scale AI adoption within each organization
- Manage a small portfolio of key strategic accounts, building direct, trusted relationships with decision-makers
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior leadership, strategy, or digital transformation
- Track record leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Experience delivering innovation projects (AI, data, software, or similar) within corporate environments
- Ability to navigate complex organizational contexts and build executive alignment
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and their application to technology projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — clarity, persuasion, and empathy are essential
- Technical background in AI, data science, or engineering is a plus
- Preferably based in Argentina or Uruguay
