What you’ll need

Handle labor cases at all stages (1st and 2nd instance, and occasionally TST - Superior Labor Court)
Draft pleadings, defenses, appeals and other procedural filings
Participate in labor hearings (initial, conciliation and evidentiary hearings)
Review judgments, appellate decisions and procedural strategies
Prepare and/or verify labor law calculations
Provide preventive-focused legal advice
Prepare legal opinions
Experience in corporate labor law
Knowledge of labor law calculations
Postgraduate degree or specialization in Labor Law
Experience with union negotiations
Conduct labor negotiations and agreements
Client service and relationship management with internal and external clients
Preventive measures to reduce labor liabilities
Deadline management and monitoring of cases in legal case management systems
Prepare reports and organize procedural documents.
