About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment to keep operations running.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel equipment.
  • Travel daily to customer job sites within your assigned region.
  • Operate and maintain your service truck and tools.
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Order parts and accurately document service work for invoicing.
  • Ensure adherence to company, safety, and manufacturer standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in diesel equipment repair (hydraulics & electrical)
  • Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Class A CDL (preferred)
  • Technical training or certifications (preferred)
