About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment to keep operations running.
- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel equipment.
- Travel daily to customer job sites within your assigned region.
- Operate and maintain your service truck and tools.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Order parts and accurately document service work for invoicing.
- Ensure adherence to company, safety, and manufacturer standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in diesel equipment repair (hydraulics & electrical)
- Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Class A CDL (preferred)
- Technical training or certifications (preferred)
