About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You are responsible for the technical and application-related support for the broker management program (AMS) and act as an interface between partner companies (insurance brokers) and the software vendor (Assfinet).
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with the AMS system.
  • Software maintenance and system administration of partners' AMS systems, including overseeing updates.
  • Support the ongoing digitization and optimization of our partners' processes.
  • Manage DMS (document management system) outsourcing for partner companies.
  • Test and approve new builds and major changes.
  • Conduct on-site appointments at partner companies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have a degree in business administration/economics or a completed vocational qualification as an IT systems management specialist or IT specialist, with several years of professional experience in the insurance sector.
  • Alternatively, you have vocational training as an insurance clerk or as a clerk for insurance and finance.
  • You have basic business administration knowledge and ideally experience in process management.
  • You have a strong IT affinity and are confident using Office 365.
  • You are comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and making decisions.
  • You have a strong quality awareness and a detail- and solution-oriented working style.
  • Customer and service orientation are top priorities for you.
  • You are willing to spend part of your working time in the field (on-site visits).
