About the role
- Specialist advisory for industrial clients in the liability line, i.e. professional support for national and international clients on all contract- and technical-specific matters in close cooperation with the international overseas team
- Review of existing policies and analysis of the current risk situation
- Placement and renewal of contracts and insurance programs
- Correspondence and negotiations with clients, insurers and other partners
- Active support of the sales team, e.g. through client-specific tenders and the preparation of tailored insurance solutions
- Claims handling and coordination
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance Clerk (m/f/d) for Insurance and Finance or a comparable degree
- Solid knowledge of the liability insurance line
- Good understanding of insurance market products and policy terms
- Friendly and confident demeanor
- Analytical skills, persuasiveness and reliability
- Customer orientation, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
