About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support federal acquisition activities throughout the procurement lifecycle
Conduct acquisition planning, market research, and procurement strategy development
Prepare and maintain solicitation packages, including Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and supporting acquisition documentation
Assist with proposal receipt, evaluations, negotiations, and contract award documentation
Prepare contract awards, modifications, and closeout documentation
Support post-award contract administration activities
Ensure compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting cradle-to-grave federal contracting activities
Current or previous FAC-C certification (or civilian equivalent)
Experience supporting both pre-award and post-award acquisition activities
Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience using Integrated Contract Expert (ICE)
Experience supporting the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) or the CDC
