Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support recruiting efforts from application through offer
- Review resumes, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates
- Prepare offer documentation and support sourcing efforts
- Conduct basic initial phone screenings
- Maintain candidate records and application status
- Ensure candidates receive timely communication throughout the hiring process
- Partner with the Vice President of Employee Services to provide an exceptional candidate experience
- Assist with sourcing candidates for proposal efforts and hard-to-fill positions
- Help maintain organized recruiting records and applicant pipeline
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years minimum of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or administrative experience
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
- Preferred experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably JazzHR or a similar platform
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, or other recruiting resources
- Experience supporting recruiting within a government contracting environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
