About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Migrate new Figma designs into our existing WordPress website.
Develop pixel-perfect, responsive pages that accurately reflect the approved designs.
Customize existing WordPress themes or develop custom components where required.
Ensure compatibility across modern browsers and devices.
Optimize website performance, loading speed, and Core Web Vitals.
Implement SEO best practices during development.
Improve website accessibility and overall user experience.
Test, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs before deployment.
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
Collaborate with designers and other developers throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of professional WordPress development experience.
Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Proven experience converting Figma designs into WordPress websites.
Experience with custom WordPress theme development and customization.
Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.
Experience optimizing WordPress websites for performance and SEO.
Familiarity with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), Gutenberg, or Elementor is an advantage.
Experience using Git or other version control systems.
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team.
