About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for organizing people and material to build quality homes on time and within budget
Maintain the highest caliber of customer relations by providing prompt response and follow-up (within 24 hours)
Providing warranted service promptly
Expected to perform some manual labor
Reports to: Senior Project Manager, and/or Project Manager, and Production Manager
Supervises: Monitors daily activities of Subcontractors
Authority to make subcontractor hiring/firing recommendations, remove anyone from jobsite for illegal acts or trespass, and approve rates with permission

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Excellent verbal and written communications are essential and mandatory
Excellent organizational skills are indispensable
Efficiently use computer programs and applications
Valid Driver's license and personal auto insurance with at least state minimum coverage
