Assistant Project Manager
Maronda HomesAssistant Project Manager responsible for organizing construction projects for quality homes. Leading team and subcontractors to achieve timely project completion and maintain customer relations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for organizing people and material to build quality homes on time and within budget
- Maintaining the highest caliber of customer relations by providing prompt response and follow-up (within 24 hours) and providing warranted service promptly
- This is a trainee position and emphasis should be to reach Project Manager level within the allotted 12 to 18-month time frame
- Monitors daily activities of Subcontractors
- Make subcontractor hiring and firing recommendations
- Not authorized to approve any rate in excess of Maronda’s rate without written permission of Production Manager, or supervising Project Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communications are essential and mandatory
- Excellent organizational skills are indispensable
- Efficiently use computer programs and applications
- Valid Driver’s license and personal auto insurance with at least state minimum coverage
