About the role

  • You are the first point of contact for our users and answer their questions about the marktguru app — professionally, empathetically, and independently.
  • You ensure our users enjoy a first-class customer experience.
  • You take pride in providing personalized advice about our app, promotional flyers and cashback campaigns.
  • You think proactively and actively contribute ideas on how we can further improve the user experience.
  • In addition, you support our Operations team in day-to-day activities and contribute to a variety of tasks related to our platform and campaigns.

Requirements

  • A high level of accuracy, quality awareness and a structured approach to work
  • A team-player mindset, analytical thinking and enthusiasm for digital topics
  • Ideally some experience with CMS systems, spreadsheets and tools such as Slack, WordPress or monday.com
  • Excellent written and spoken German as well as very good English
  • A solution-oriented service approach and passion for delivering the best possible support
