About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You analyze purchasing behavior, pricing and promotion data, as well as other consumer and retail datasets from various sources.
You develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and reusable analysis frameworks for internal teams and external clients.
You support Sales, Customer Success, Product Management and clients with data-related questions and translate business questions into concrete analytical outputs.
You work with SQL, BI tools, and ideally Python to prepare, analyze, and clearly visualize data.
You help automate manual reporting processes and make existing analysis workflows more efficient and scalable.
You contribute to the further development of our data insights products, particularly in areas such as purchase-based surveys, consumer analytics, campaign and promotion performance, and prospectively AI-supported self-service.
You present analysis results clearly, in a structured and decision-oriented way for different stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have strong analytical skills and experience preparing, analyzing, and visualizing complex data.
You have excellent SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Databricks, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, or similar solutions.
Ideally, you have initial experience with Python as well as with modern data platforms or cloud environments.
You have approximately three years of experience in a comparable analytical role, preferably in digital environments, retail, FMCG, e-commerce, media, or market research.
You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and enjoy deriving concrete business insights from data.
You can explain analytical results clearly and communicate confidently with different stakeholders.
You don't just want to produce individual analyses but actively contribute to making reporting and analysis processes scalable in the long term.
