About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute software test plans, test cases, and quality control methodologies for enterprise applications
Perform functional, regression, integration, and automated testing to identify defects and determine root causes
Test web-based applications and validate functionality against system and user requirements
Develop and maintain automated test solutions and reusable testing frameworks
Evaluate software, hardware, and associated documentation for quality and compliance
Document, track, and communicate defects and test results using GitHub, Jira, and Confluence
Participate in formal and informal software reviews throughout the development lifecycle
Collaborate with developers and Agile teams to troubleshoot issues, improve test coverage, and deliver production-ready software

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant software testing, quality assurance, or software development experience
Experience developing and executing software test plans and test cases
Experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence
Experience testing applications developed using Java/J2EE
Experience developing automated tests using Selenium WebDriver or comparable automation tools
Experience testing web-based enterprise applications
Experience performing manual and automated software testing
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance practices
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Experience building and maintaining automated testing frameworks preferred
Experience working within SAFe or Agile development teams preferred
ISTQB Certified Tester or comparable software testing certification preferred
