About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support an IC customer through the entire Systems Engineering life cycle
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand mission needs and develop Concept of Operations documents
Capture and document User, Functional, and Technical requirements
Perform analysis and allocation of requirements to systems and segments
Provide project management support and develop project plans
Support integration and testing and define initial solutions
Drive projects to completion
Plan and participate in characterization testing of RF systems
Coordinate and participate in technical exchange meetings (TEMs)
Identify technical, CI, and operational risks and recommend mitigations
Create briefings to support Control Gates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 12 years of experience with BS/BA
Minimum of 10 years of experience with MS/MA
Minimum of 7 years of experience with Ph.D.
An additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer providing the above services
Strong written, communications, and interpersonal skills
Ability to prepare and brief complex technical and non-technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated experience with RF communication systems, technologies, and concepts
Self-starter who takes initiative in managing key parts of complex technical developments
Ability to work on multiple fast-paced projects and willingness to learn organizational activities and focus
Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment
