About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage, execute, and troubleshoot complex end-to-end (E2E) workflow processes or programs
- Independently coordinate the resolution of issues across multiple work units
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a work unit, project, program, or functional area
- Interpret and apply established policies and regulations to unique situations and circumstances
- Perform complex, diverse work with minimal supervision
- Manage, organize, schedule, create, and execute complex E2E workflow processes or programs
- Perform administrative workflow management, quality assurance/process improvement, office management, integrated support, and use IT applications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Minimum of four (4) years of prior administrative support or comparable experience
- Applicable higher education may be substituted for up to one (1) year of work experience
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree desired
- Subject matter expertise sufficient to interpret and apply established policies, procedures, and guidelines to unique situations
- Extensive knowledge of Agency and Intelligence Community administrative processes and procedures related to the area of assignment
- Extensive knowledge of assignment-specific internal administrative support applications
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Basic understanding of project management fundamentals
- Analytical skills sufficient to assess and interpret highly complex information from multiple sources
- Excellent communication skills
- Writing skills sufficient to compose original, non-template, clear and concise moderately complex written products
