About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary onsite PM and Owner's Rep for a portfolio of construction, facilities, and infrastructure projects with an aggregate value ranging from $50M to $100M
  • Serve as a senior advisor to Government stakeholders and accountable for project execution, risk management, schedule performance, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery of program objectives
  • Conduct site evaluations, field investigations, constructability reviews, and technical assessments
  • Support project planning activities including scope development and acquisition planning
  • Review studies, reports, plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Maintain and analyze project performance data using various tools
  • Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and schedules

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related field
  • 15 years of relevant experience; OR 20 years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex construction, facilities, infrastructure, or asset management programs valued between $50M and $100M
  • Experience supporting project lifecycle activities from planning and design through construction, commissioning, turnover, operations, and sustainment
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Maximo, Excel, and web-based project management systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and P6 software
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (HSPD-12) clearance.
