About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate with various groups to assist in the development of Center's budget.
Monitor the center's budget to ensure proper execution.
Track and archive board-approved programmatic and financial requirements.
Assist with monitoring anticipated resource requirements and actual expenditures for all Front Office activities.
Draft financial reports to satisfy internal and external reporting requirements.
Track external stakeholder funding and maintain configuration management of the Center's financial and execution documentation.
Support the center's management of spending authorities.
Support budget meetings by preparing necessary documentation and collection actions.
Support creation of SLA, DocIDs, BCRs, and BLIs and support concurrence on budgetary requests.
Assist in drafting SOPS and policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
15+ years of experience in federal budget/financial management
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Hands-on experience with Agency budget reporting systems
Deep understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and efficiency in dynamic and stressful situations
Strong interpersonal skills with experience dealing with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams
Advanced proficiency with Excel, including Pivot Tables and other data visualization tools.
