About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory) for web-based applications
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium
Perform API testing and validate backend integrations
Contribute to test planning, test case design, and documentation
Document test execution results thoroughly within Jira and manage assigned tasks through the workflow lifecycle
Collaborate daily with cross-functional team members on assigned testing tasks
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups and monthly retrospectives
Help ensure comprehensive test coverage across all supported applications
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional testing experience)
3–5 years of professional software testing experience
Strong experience with manual testing of web-based applications (functional, regression, exploratory)
Experience with automated testing using Selenium
Experience with API testing
Basic knowledge of SQL
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
Desired Qualifications
Experience with front-end development or web services
Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
Experience working in AWS environments
Familiarity with performance testing tools
