Provide technical guidance and direction to system engineers and developers
Deliver regular status updates to the contract PMO and government staff lead
Support preparation of monthly Program Management Review (PMR) materials
Represent the team in staff meetings, requirements discussions, technical lead meetings, and Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs)
Participate in community-wide working groups and coordinate responses to action items on behalf of the sponsor
Shepherd new requirements through the sponsor’s requirements process and pipeline
Ensure system designs align with enterprise architecture and security requirements
Collaborate with security engineers to address and mitigate findings from system security scans
Prepare communications for upcoming system releases
Partner with government and project leadership to prioritize work efforts
Coordinate with Cloud Service Providers to meet PKI requirements
Research and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance authentication and security posture across sponsor systems

Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
Significant experience in system architecture and engineering
Familiarity with enterprise-level systems within the sponsor environment
Working knowledge of PKI certificates and related concepts
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and/or Oracle Cloud)
Hands-on experience with Linux (command line interface)
Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Bash and Python
Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira
