About the role

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused on driving online bookings and new customer acquisition.
  • Own performance across PPC/SEM, SEO, paid social, email/SMS, retargeting, affiliates, and emerging digital channels.
  • Create acquisition playbooks tailored to different audience segments and customer behaviors.
  • Build and execute geo-specific marketing programs that reflect regional demand patterns, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviors.
  • Implement A/B tests, landing page enhancements, and UX improvements across web and mobile experiences.
  • Manage multimillion-dollar acquisition budgets, allocating spend intelligently across channels and markets.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop high-performing marketers across digital, SEO, and content.
  • Build dashboards, analytics structures, and measurement frameworks that connect spend to revenue.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to align on messaging, booking workflows, promotions, and customer lifecycle strategy.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of competitive activity, market trends, and emerging acquisition technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience , including 3+ years leading acquisition-focused teams or functions.
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable online bookings, revenue, or transactions.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads), paid social, email/SMS platforms, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong understanding of geo-targeting , localized marketing, and multi-market strategy.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in GA4, attribution modeling, experimentation frameworks, and performance dashboards.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and collaborate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
