About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across technical roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
- Identify and engage top internal and external talent
- Build creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidate pipelines
- Ensure fair, high-quality, and equitable assessment processes
- Provide market insights and maintain a strong understanding of the candidate landscape
- Recommend and help implement improvements to recruitment processes and practices
- Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition and HR teams to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience as a Technical Recruiter or Senior Recruiter
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential
- Experience recruiting within complex technical environments such as Engineering, Data Science, ML, or AI
- Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently
- A collaborative and consultative approach to recruitment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Technical curiosity and willingness to learn - deep technical expertise is not required
