About the role
- You perform maintenance on our hose and coupling systems according to established quality standards.
- You inspect and maintain systems on-site at our customers' locations.
- You identify and resolve technical issues with a clear, focused approach, minimizing downtime.
- You document your work digitally, ensuring clear interfaces and traceable records.
- In close coordination with our support and sales teams, you collaborate to find the best solutions.
Requirements
- Completed technical training, practical skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in maintenance, testing, and repair is an advantage, but we will train you in everything you need to know.
- Driving license (Class B) — important as you will visit customers with your service vehicle.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to work at different locations and with diverse customers.
- Service- and customer-oriented approach — you enjoy being a point of contact and finding solutions.
- Team spirit and strong communication skills.
