Account Executive

• Support and advise existing customers
• Identify and develop national market opportunities / acquire new customers
• Develop, align and implement sales strategies
• Prepare and follow up commercial and technical quotations
• Process orders in ERP and CRM systems
• Negotiate terms, pricing and contracts within delegated authority
• Handle customer complaints and escalate as necessary
• Work closely with inside sales and the technical department
• Participate in trade shows
