Key responsibilities & impact- Implement TOEIC Brasil solutions at educational institutions, supporting managers and educators throughout the entire adoption journey.
- Lead onboarding for schools, universities and public organizations.
- Support managers and pedagogical teams in the implementation of TOEIC.
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships.
- Monitor adoption, usage and success metrics for the solution.
- Ensure compliance with LGPD and MEC (Brazilian Ministry of Education) requirements.
- Work on contract renewals and strengthening partnerships.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Language Studies (Letras) or a related field.
- Experience in customer success, education, or edtech.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Preferred: experience implementing a bilingual curriculum.
